Motorcity's legacy should not be "a great show that was ended before its time." It should be "a great show that came back because its fans never stopped fighting."
As epic as last night's episode is, it's not a series finale. It's a season finale. We can't give up the fight because of a few negative posts. I firmly believe that if we never surrender, Motorcity will be saved. Imagine the message we would send if we are able to win this; we would be acting on the very morals Motorcity teaches: never give up the fight for what is right, no matter how powerful your adversary. The Burners never give up, and neither should we. It may not happen today or tomorrow. But if we keep our hope alive and support one another, there is no reason why we can't win this. It's up to us; if we act like it's over, then it'll be over.
I know I'm not alone in believing that someday Motorcity will return. Someday, we're going to be watching the premiere of the first episode of season two. And I can't imagine anything more beautiful than that.
